I suffered from migraines for 37 years. I experienced throbbing, debilitating headaches—accompanied by photophobia and noise sensitivity during these episodes—that would last 4 to 5 hours. I could not tolerate pain medication, as I would vomit the pills immediately and end up weeping in pain. 

I saw several doctors, but without any satisfactory results. 

In the middle of last year (2025), I suffered from migraines for a full week—they weren't severe, but they were certainly bothersome.

I started having some weird GI issues in November 2025. Constant diarrhea, heaviness in the stomach that didn’t let me eat normally, and all sorts of other discomforts. Did all the tests only to find out that “nothing is wrong with me”. I was, however, prescribed 3 different kinds of pills that didn’t really help. The most uncomfortable was almost 4 months of daily diarrhea. After working with Amethyst only for a couple of weeks, ALL discomfort and - most importantly - diarrhea completely dissipated. About 40 years ago I was involved in an auto accident that resulted in having a spinal fusion at L4/5.
